Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or attend BossFightz events without parental supervision.

Event Participation & Risk

Attendance at BossFightz events involves risks including crowded spaces, loud music, strobe lighting, and gaming equipment. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks.

Tickets & Refunds

Tickets/memberships are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by BossFightz. We may deny entry or remove attendees for violations.

Intellectual Property

All BossFightz trademarks, content, and media are owned by BossFightz Gaming & Media Corp.

Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” BossFightz is not liable beyond the amount you paid for a ticket or membership.
