In consideration of being permitted to participate in the BossFightz Gaming Arena, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in gaming and related event activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to trips, falls, collisions, electrical cords, crowd interactions, and possible minor or serious injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless BossFightz Gaming & Media Corporation, Titanium Ninja Studio, Live Nation Marketing, event sponsors, vendors, employees, volunteers, and venue owners (collectively “the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, including negligence of the Released Parties.

Medical Treatment

I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in case of injury and agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred.

Conduct & Safety

I agree to follow all posted rules and instructions by event staff. I understand that aggressive behavior, fighting, or damage to equipment may result in immediate removal without refund.

Media Release

I grant BossFightz permission to photograph, film, or record my participation for promotional, commercial, or media purposes, with no compensation expected.
